2000年THE DEEP(東京）にてシルクスクリーンによるハンドプリントファブリックを中古家具に張り替えた作品を発表する。 以降（パリ）Coletteや（パリ）老舗デパートLe Bon Marcheでのグループ展、（パリ）Christophe Lemaireや（ロンドン）The Pineal Eyeでの個展。 ミュージシャン（BECK)ユーロツアーT-SHIRTSデザイン等活動の拠点を海外にも広げる。 2005年デザインタイド東京（BEST TOKYO DESIGN)受賞。2008年松屋銀座にて全館プロモーション（REMIX)を行う。 Wataru Komachi Born in Tokyo, An Artist Past exhibitions include the "Recover" series using used sofas and chairs at THE DEEP GALLERY (Tokyo, 2000), "La Plages" at Colette (Paris, 2000) and Christophe Lemaire boutique (Paris, 2000). He has also designed a tour t-shirt for Beck, and in 2005 was awarded Design Tide's Best Tokyo Award. 以前から気になっていた代官山のフレンチレストラン、レザンファン ギャテにてランチしました。 去年＆今年のミシュラン星獲得！ミシュランくんのエプロン姿がかわいらしいですね。
テリーヌが最高！に美味しいこのお店。２週間以上熟成された田舎風テリーヌに惚れました！！
テリーヌなのに暖かい一品！鴨のコンフィとジャガイモがベストマッチです。おいしー。又行きたいです。
